The most common statement I hear from people regarding meditation is that they can't do it because they can't stop their minds. Well, guess what, that's because you CAN'T. You aren't intended to. And there is nothing wrong with that. Your mind is only doing what it was designed to do.
Thinking is not the problem. There are actually two other issues that make meditation seem so difficult: 1. The subject of your thoughts. 2. You allow your thoughts to consume you. The trick to meditating is understanding how to work with those thoughts and I can help you do just that.
